四、产品特点及用途 Product features and uses

1. 额定电压UO/U 450/750V及以下聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆适用于交流电压不超过450/750V的动力装置，日常电器，仪表及电信设备等阻燃型电缆的主要特点是不易着火或着火时延燃仅局限在一定范围内，适用于对阻燃性能要求较高的场合。

   PVC insulated cables of rated voltage up to and including 450/750V are used in power equipment, electrical appliance, instrument and telecom device with AC rated voltage up to 450/750V. The main property of Flame-Retardant Cable is hard to get fire or the continuous burning of cable is very limited when it is on fire. It applies to the place where higher demands of flam retardant.

2. 耐火型电缆的主要特点是除了能在正常的工作条件下传输电力外，电缆在着火燃烧时仍能保持一定时间的正常运行过，适用于对耐火特性要求较高的场合。

   Fire-Resistant Cable can operate normally for some time when burning besides it can transmit electrical power under normal condition. It is suitable for the place required resistant of fire.

3. 低烟无卤阻燃型电缆的特点是不仅具有阻燃性能，而且具有较低的发烟量和氟化氢气体释放量有一点要求的场合。

   The main characteristics of low smoke Halogen-Free Flame Retartant Cable is low smoke emission and free of HCI gas beside the property of flame retaidance. It can be used in the place with special demands of the smoke density and HCI gas when the cable is burning.

1. 额定电压UO/U为450/750V,300/500V,300/300V；

2. 电缆导体的长期工作温度等级为70℃，90℃，105℃，125℃

   Conductor temperature allowd during long term operation is 70℃,90℃,105℃,125℃

3. 电缆敷设温度应不低于0℃，允许弯曲半径应不小于电缆外径的6倍。

   Installation temperature is not lower than 0 and its Minimum bending radius is not less than 6 timesS( D-the diameter of cable )

二、产品用途

1.产品用于交流额定电压U0/U为450/750V及以下的动力装置、家用电器、小型电动工具、仪器仪表及动力、照明线路。

2.U0-任一绝缘导体和"地"（金属屏蔽或周围介质）之间的电压有效值。

3.U-多芯电缆或单芯电缆系统任何两相导体之间的电压有效值。

1、正常使用时，导体最高温度为：PVC允许长期工作温度为70℃，PO允许长期工作温度为90℃；

2、电缆敷设温度应不低于0℃；

3、电缆允许弯曲半径：电缆外径D小于25mm2者应不小于4D；电缆外径D为25mm2及以上者应不小于6D；

6.2.1 导体：由单芯或多股铜芯导体制成；

6.2.2 耐火层（用于耐火NH电线）：导体和绝缘层之间绕包耐火云母带，云母带是以玻璃丝布和有机硅漆粘合，并经烘焙后制成。其熔点为1200-1300℃。

2 Product Uses

2.1 Products for the AC rated voltage 450/750V for U0/U and below the power plant,  household appliances, small power tools, instruments and meters and power, lighting circuit.

2.2 U0-the effective value of the voltage between any insulated conductor and "ground" (metal shield or surrounding medium).

2.3 U-the effective value of the voltage between any two phase conductors in a multicore cable or a single core cable system.

3 Product Features

3.1 In normal use, the conductor of the maximum temperature is: PVC allows long-term operating temperature of 70 degrees; PO allows long-term operating temperature of 90;

3.2 Cable laying temperature should not be less than 0;

3.3 Cable allows bending radius: the diameter of the cable D less than 25mm2 should not less than 4D; the outer diameter of the cable D for 25mm2 and above should be not less than 6D;

6.2.2 Between the conductor and the insulating layer, a refractory mica tape is wrapped around the package, Mica tape are bonded with glass cloth and silicone paint, And made after baking. Its melting point is 1200-1300.
