三、电缆型号和产品表示方法

3.1 耐高温

A类防火等级可以在950±40℃高温下承受90分钟维持正常通电,B类防火等级在750℃±40℃温度下可以持续工作90分钟。


3.2 生产长度长

可按客户定制长度生产,生产规格从2.5mm2-400mm2,长度依据电缆规格和电缆盘容量可达800-10000米;


3.3 过载能力大

由于采用无机物作为绝缘材料,其耐温点远高于聚乙烯材料,电缆可以在大电流高温下长期运行,因而电缆的过载能力远远大于普通聚乙烯绝缘电缆。


3.4、使用寿命长

所用材料均为无机物,而无机物的性能稳定,有效保护导体免受氧化作用,使用寿命为普通聚乙烯绝缘电缆的数倍以上。

3.1 制造长度长

传统氧化镁矿物绝缘电缆采用氧化镁绝缘,受设备,生产工艺影响,电缆制造长度短,长距离安装需要使用大量中间接头,施工难度大电气安全隐患多。

YTTWWD-YTTWY金属护套无机矿物绝缘电缆不管是单芯,还是多芯电缆,其长度能满足供电长度需要,每根连续长度可达1000m以上;

1 YTTWWD-YTTWY矿物绝缘电缆技术要求

1.1 导体

1.1.1 导体采用优质无氧铜杆,其组成、性能及外观符合GB/T 3956-2008中第1种和第2种导体规定。

1.1.2 YTTW金属护套无机矿物绝缘电缆导体:1050mm2采用绞合圆形导体,大截面导体采用预成型扇形紧压结构。

1.1.3 导体表面光洁,无油污,无损伤屏蔽及绝缘的毛刺、锐边,无凸起或断裂的单线。

1.2 绝缘

1.2.1 YTTW金属护套无机矿物绝缘电缆绝缘材料采用9501000℃无机矿物合成云母带。其性能符合GB/T 5019.10-2009中规定。

1.2.2 每根导体上应绕包无机矿物合成云母带绝缘,其平均厚度不应小于标准JG/T 313-2011中规定的绝缘标称厚度的90%

1.2.3 电缆的绝缘电阻(MΩ)与电缆长度的乘积不应小于100Ω·km。当电缆长度小于100m时,测量的绝缘电阻不应低于1000MΩ。

1.3 金属护套

1.3.1 护套材料应为普通退火铜或铜合金,护套应符合GB/T 2059-2008T2TU2牌号带材的规定。

1.3.2 护套的平均厚度不应小于JG/T 313-2011中规定的标称厚度。

1.3.3 护套外径的平均值应符合JG/T 313-2011中规定的电缆标称外径,外径公差为电缆标称外径的±5%

1.3.4 铜护套在20℃的直流电阻不应大于JG/T 313-201120℃铜护套计算电阻的110%

1.4.1护套采用90℃无卤低烟阻燃型护套料,表面光洁、圆整,其标称厚度和性能符合标准规定,任一点最小厚度不小于标称值得80%

2BBTRZ矿物绝缘电缆技术要求

2.1 导体

3.BTLY矿物绝缘电缆技术要求

3.1 导体

3.1.1 导体采用优质无氧铜杆,其组成、性能及外观符合GB/T 3956-2008中第1种和第2种导体规定,铜纯度≥99.9%。

3.1.2 矿物绝缘柔性耐火电缆导体:1035mm2采用绞合非紧压圆形导体,50mm²及以上导体采用紧压圆形结构。

3.1.3 导体表面光洁,无油污,无损伤屏蔽及绝缘的毛刺、锐边,无凸起或断裂的单线。

3.2 绝缘

3.2.1 矿物绝缘柔性耐火电缆绝缘由矿物绝缘层和PE层组成。其中矿物绝缘层采用9501000℃耐高温无机矿物合成云母带,其性能符合GB/T 5019.10-2009中规定。

3.5.1 矿物隔离层采用防火性能较好的隔氧泥材料。

3.5.2 矿物隔离层最薄点厚度不应小于Q/GZNY 15-2018中规定的标称厚度的85%-0.1mm

3.6外护套

3.6.1外护套采用90℃无卤低烟阻燃型护套料,表面光洁、圆整,其标称厚度和性能符合标准规定,任一点最小厚度不小于标称值得85%-0.1mm

3 Product Features

3.1 Resistant to high temperature

Class A fire protection rating can be 950 ±40 degrees Celsius under high temperature to withstand 90 minutes to maintain normal power, B fire rating at 750±40 degrees Celsius temperature can continue to work for 90 minutes.


3.2 Long production length

Can be customized according to customer length of production, specifications from 2.5mm2 to 400mm2, length based on cable specifications and cable tray capacity of up to 8000 to 800 meters;


3.3 Overload capacity

Due to the use of inorganic material as insulation material, its temperature resistance point is much higher than the polyethylene material , the cable can run at high current and high temperature, so the cable overload capacity is far greater than the ordinary polyethylene insulated cable.


3.4 Long service life

Materials used are inorganic materials, and inorganic stable performance, effectively protect the conductor from oxidation, service life for ordinary polyethylene insulated cables of several times over.
